Its here, the latest version (v4c) has just been released with a host of new features and better admin management to make it even easier to manage your real estate agent properties online in a web based format. New Admin Layout Design
While PropertyMax Pro is renowned for being the easiest real estate listing software on the market to use, its simple layout and design of the control panel has been vastly improved to assist in the management of your properties.

New Full Back-up System
We recognise the fact that to keep on top of all your properties, you need a full back-up system in place, you can now back up all your properties, data and property photographs, direct form your browser. Create incremental backups or full back ups and keep your data safe and secure. Back-up all your real estate properties at anytime.

Enhanced Admin Security
To protect the admin section form unwanted intruders, we have implemented a higher degree of password security and authorised access. We have also added the feature that the admin folder, can be renamed to anything you require for that added extra piece of mind without affecting the way PropertyMax Pro functions.

Easier Template Design and Website Integration
To make it easier to integrate PropertyMax Pro into your existing website, you can use our plugin system to place the search box, location search options, price search options etc anywhere in your existing website. All you need to do is create a one page template page and add the include code and PropertyMax Pro will do the rest and display all your real estate property listings on your website and in your website design theme. You can use your own design or the default design which now comes with the software.

Property Design Templates
PropertyMax Pro can be used to integrate into an existing website design or you can use our default template design for your website. Or you can go that one stage further and create your own template design!

Property Photograph Uploads
Upload and mange your property photographs in either landscape and portrait. You set the size of the photographs to be uploaded to create a nice uniformed theme, and the script does the rest.

Featured Property Listings
Display featured property anywhere on your website. This new option allows you to mark a property as being a featured property, thus listing the property anywhere where you add the plugin code on your website. You can have an unlimited number of properties marked as featured.

Unlimited Property Features and Options
Due to the popular request for this option, we have implemented this to be one of the main new features. You can now add an unlimited number of features to be assigned to any property. For instance, you can have swimming pool, garage, gardens, near school, close to shops or any other feature you can think of!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Do you sell or rent property other than residential. You might be selling land, so now you do not have to assign any bedrooms or bathrooms to the listing.

Min and Max Price Property Search Options
Your website visitors can now make it even easier to find the properties they are looking for by selecting the minimum and maximum price for property they are looking for. There are no upper or lower property price limits. This works for property sales and property rentals.

Print Property Fact Sheet
Let your website visitors print off the property information fact sheet of any properties they are interested. This is completely customisable with your own company header and footer.

Postcode Map Integration
This is now a must for any person looking for a property to be able to see, The way we have added this to Propertymax Pro is that you can use any of the online map websites, such as Google Maps, Street Map, Multi Map and link direct to there maps via the property postcode.

Virtual Tour
Do you offer virtual tours of the properties you have listed or do you want to? This is now part of PropertyMax Pro, simply add the link to the virtual property tour.
